Even though I hate all politicians and their agendas, I do agree there's a bit of truth in that headline...
It's the tiny details that make a big difference. Nice one Sony.
It does'nt stop here of course... how quickly does technology move these days? A few months/ weeks?, we all know this will eventually happen, that is about new tech gadgets and equipments. Sometime soon Blu-Ray, HD DVD, HD VMD... will be last-tech. What's next?
Sad to say it looks and plays like a last-gen arcade game, even w/ so-called ground deformation feature they were emphasizing. Sorry... but then who's to complain, at least it's another rallye title addition.
Nothing to get excited about, but then it's another addition to the rallye race genre.
Nothing in here looks impressive, just the same so and so... And all this talk about surface deformation could actually be a detriment to the game.
Does it have in-car camera viewpoints? Will this be a direct competitor to DIRT: Colin McRae and what other sort of features does it offer?...
What wall?, where?... Can't see anything here that backs it up realistically.
It's been pushed to the first week of July over here in Australia, but I'm not complaining, can't hardly wait now... Got Forza2 over the weekend, kind of reminds me of GranTurismo, but with a more realistic point of view over the driving ( you really have to think { how you react when you do it over real roads at a higher pace } where to slow-down adjust your speed and go over corners, s-bends and very tight turns - quite admirable ), and the added feature of personalizing/modding and my most...
Looks Ok, but more footage could have been better...
What about Thrill Kill on PS1?...
Just like what I'ved said before, just by putting on in-car camera viewpoints makes a big difference in bringing an added form of realism to any virtual driving/racing games. They should really make it as a { standard feature }. It's just nice to know how it would actually look like and see the insides of the vehicle you have purchased and are using on the game especially something you really could'nt afford and get to drive in real life - like F1, LeMans racecars, World Rallye cars, producti...
Could be about battery longevity use. Now that it has to power-up force feedback, motion control and sixaxis pad to console signals... Could also be some vibration irregularities caused by rumbling to motion control sensors?
It's like this scene from the movie Something About Mary, where Ben Stiller picks up this weird hitch-hiker and they get to talk about this 8min. ab video work-out. Hitch-hiker says he's going to release a 7min one, so which is better? And what if someone comes-out with 6mins? Same situation here really, and what funny idiotic answers some of you have got posted.
It's all about the ladies in this film, and it looks like it was made direct for dvd sales anyway, which is'nt too bad for profits. A definite B-C-D Movie...
This simply is the most boring and idiotic motorsport whether it be real or in virtual format. Definitely one of America's worst ever thought about form of entertainment. This race is all about waiting who gets to crash ( on the barriers or on their opponents ) first, not about circling a thousand wasteful times just to finish. Truly pathetic, but the thing is America is still watching this hideous monstrosity ( probably - mostly for being patriotic to their own brand of vehicles, which about...
Yes it is very true, firstly concentrate on bringing in more titles on the shelves and then offer these enticements later... C'mon Sony do your PS3 justice - what's up with all this distractions? Games are what's going to matter in the end.
I'm still waiting for Sony to give us here in Australia a price drop and better deals on the PS3, and I know in a way it's not Sony's fault ( partly anyway... ) that they ( still ) have'nt got enough games ( frustratingly toooo long... ). But Yes, the PS3 will survive eventually ( it has to, or it would be quite boring w/out it - also good for the competition/gamers/media/negat ive and positive rumors to talk about... ). Costs really is my main reason that I'm still holding onto my money befo...
True, could probably get a proper sportscar for the same amount...
I'd really like to see the following be made as { Standard Feature } on all driving/racing games please:
1. In-Car Camera Viepoints ( vital )
2. Damage Mode ( make a better/proper physics simulation, like what you see when they do crash tests - front/side/rear/top/flip on-air... )
3. Weather Physics ( differing )
4. Ground Deformation ( slight to varied to extremes - whether it be gravel, mud, ice, snow, pavement )
5. Lighting Effects ( could be better - especia...
